The reason why Olmo was able to continue registration was a resolution made by the Spanish Sports High Council (CSD) on April 3 this year, which accepted an appeal filed by Barcelona in January, allowing Olmo and Paul Victor to continue to register as Barcelona players.

The only situation that could change this is to prevent the implementation of this decision if the national court accepts a request for preventive measures from the La Liga. These precautions are currently only dependent on the national courts, as the Administrative Dispute Tribunal has declared itself not authorized to handle the case. Earlier, the State Lawyer Office submitted a document on behalf of CSD, claiming that the central court has no jurisdiction over the case and pointed out that the state court is the institution that has the authority to hear the case.

Therefore, unless the National Court takes precautionary measures or makes a contrary decision on the CSD's decision, Ormo and Paul Victor will continue to maintain their status as Barcelona players, as they did last December 31.
