The Athletic reported that Real Madrid midfielder Camavenga is expected to miss the away game against Real Sociedad.

22-year-old Camavenga suffered a sprained right ankle ten days before the start of La Liga and has not played this season. Real Madrid originally planned to let Camavinga return after the international match, but the recovery process was delayed and he has not participated in the team's joint training so far.

Club is unwilling to take any risks to the French international. He missed the Club World Cup due to a torn adductor muscle, which also led to him missing the last six games of Real Madrid's 2024-25 season. He has not yet appeared under the new coach Xavi Alonso.
