At the age of 18 and 100 years old, Yamal became the second youngest player to score a penalty kick in the history of the Champions League, second only to Bojan. In November 2008, Bojan scored a penalty against Sporting CP when he was only 18 years and 90 days old. Interestingly, both Yamal and Bojan accomplished such a feat at Barcelona.
