According to Warriors reporter Anthony Slater, the team signed an Exhibit 10 training camp contract with Javier Francis.

"The six-foot-eight (2-03) striker once represented the team in the summer league and he is likely to be transferred to the Santa Cruz Warriors," Slater wrote.
