Today's famous reporter Jake Fischer wrote an article about the Clippers' suspected wage cap evasion.

According to the reporter, many people in the NBA hope that the league will impose severe penalties on the Clippers, including deducting multiple first-round draft picks, and even declaring Leonard's contract with the Clippers invalid.
