Turkish media Milliyet reported that Galatasaray is preparing to bid Calhanoglu again.

During this summer transfer period, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce both tried to sign Calhanoglu and even discussed potential transfers with their agents. But the 31-year-old midfielder eventually stayed at Inter Milan and reestablished his indispensable core position in the midfield under Chivo.

Although it has never shown a willingness to meet Inter Milan's asking price of 30 million euros, Galatasaray has not given up its pursuit of Calhanoglu. In addition, Galatasaray may also launch a new round of purchases for Calhanoglu in the upcoming winter transfer window.

With Calhanoglu having less than two years left on his contract with the club, Inter Milan is unlikely to lower the asking price. Given that the high price tag has put Galatasaray off during the summer transfer period, the possibility of changes in the transfer this winter is slim.
