According to Spanish media "Radio Ser" reports, the procuratorate accused Real Madrid defender Asensio of violating the privacy of the two girls and demanded a sentence of two and a half years in prison.

The Madrid Procuratorate has filed an indictment in the Canary Islands in the lawsuit filed in the Real Madrid Youth Training Craftsman case, with Real Madrid first-team defender Raul Asensio involved in the case.

Prosecutors accused Asensio of two counts of invading the privacy of two girls, demanding a sentence of two and a half years in prison and three other former teammates to four years and seven months in prison. In addition, prosecutors accused the three of them of spreading pornography for minors because one of the girls was a minor.

Prosecutors claimed in the indictment that three former teammates of Asensio had consented sexual intercourse with two girls in a private room in a hotel in the Canary Islands. They recorded these sexual acts and spread them to third parties without the consent of the parties.

At the time of the incident, one of the girls was 18 years old and the other was 16 years old. Asensio's situation is different because he is not involved in the sexual act and he is limited to asking for the video to be displayed to a friend. After that, he immediately deleted the content. The procuratorate insists that such behavior cannot be spared and should also be subject to criminal punishment, but its penalties cannot be the same as those against the other three defendants.
