According to Italian journalist Skira, Roma is close to loan from Liverpool left-back Zimikas.

Skira revealed that Zimikas is only one step away from joining Rome on loan, and Roma is negotiating with Liverpool about the possibility of adding a buyout option to the agreement.

Zimikas is 29 years old and played 29 games for Liverpool last season and sent 2 assists.
