After a 0-3 defeat to Chelsea in the Club World Cup, the Paris players finally started taking vacations. They will have a three-week vacation, although Parisian players can’t be too indulgent.

According to French media RMC, Paris players may not all leave the United States in the next few hours. In fact, most of the players decided to stay in New York that night after Sunday's game before heading to their respective holiday destinations Monday morning.

The official return date of Paris is scheduled to be on August 4, when a traditional return physical examination will be conducted. The first training will be scheduled on the next day, August 5th. This gives Paris a week before preparing for the European Super League against Tottenham on August 13.

At present, this preparation period is considered sufficient because the players are tired now. But the short holiday should not change the team's physical condition (especially weight). Most importantly, all team members plan to conduct personal physical training during rest periods.

The question is whether the players' mental state can keep up after a long season. Whether those players who are used to serving as substitutes will continue to accept reduced playing time.
