Official: Juventus signed Joao Mario, with a total transfer fee of 12.6 million euros % 26 installments for four years
Juventus officially announced that the club signed Joao Mario from Porto, with the transfer fee of 11.4 million euros plus 1.2 million euros floating. Mario will wear the No. 25 jersey.

The 25-year-old right-back has joined the permanent transfer from Porto Football Club and has signed with the club until June 30, 2030. The transfer fee is 11.4 million euros and is paid in four fiscal years; plus a surcharge of up to 1.2 million euros.
João Mario was born in San João da Madeira, Aveiro, Portugal. His football journey began with the Athletic Association of his hometown team, Sao Joao, and then joined the Porto youth training camp at the age of 8. He has played for Porto since then and has grown from a youth training player to the regular main player of the first team - Mario made his first team debut on July 15, 2020. Since then, he has made 181 appearances in various competitions, scoring 5 goals and sending 25 assists.
In the Portuguese arena, he won 9 trophies including the league and the cup, and was a member of the 2018/19 Youth Champions League champion lineup. At the national team level, he made his first appearance in the Portuguese national team in November 2023.
Now, he will leave Portugal for the first time in his career, joining hands with us to start this new and important chapter.
