El Ghazi: Mainz loses case again, you will never silence those who support Palestine

El Ghazi, who was wrongfully terminated by Mainz for supporting Palestine, posted on social media today to announce that he had once again won his lawsuit against Mainz.
El Ghazi:
Another day, another hearing, another appeal, but the result remains the same: Mainz lost the case.
The successive defeats on the court were obviously not enough to satisfy the club's board of directors, so they continued to ask for trouble in the German courts, losing and fighting again and again!
I thank the German court for delivering justice and seeing through the club’s baseless and ridiculous accusations.
I must make it clear that the statement issued by Mainz's "losing professional" after the latest loss is, like their entire behavior and lawsuit against me, pure self-deception.
I have never and will never align myself with any person or organization that seeks to silence defenders of justice and humanity. My values are in no way compatible with any organization that blindly supports those accused of committing genocide in flagrant violation of international law.
No one is above the law.
Let this latest victory send a loud and clear message to the warmongers, their accomplices, and Mainz’s delusional management: You cannot and will not silence the voices of the Palestinians and their supporters. Long live Palestine! ! !
In October 2023, El Ghazi was suspended by Mainz for the first time for publishing posts supporting Palestine. The club called the behavior "unacceptable." Shortly after, El Ghazi's suspension was lifted, and Mainz said it had warned El Ghazi and that the player had shown "remorse" at the time. However, Elghazi said in subsequent posts that he neither "regrets" nor "dissociates himself from" his initial remarks. Subsequently, Mainz announced the termination of his contract.
In July 2024, the local labor court in Germany ruled that Mainz's dismissal of El Ghazi was unfair dismissal and ordered the club to pay him 1.5 million euros in compensation, which was equivalent to El Ghazi's salary from November 2023 to July 2024.
The above compensation has been paid in August 2024, but if Mainz succeeds in its appeal, this amount can be recovered. On November 12, the Rhineland-Palatinate Regional Labor Court in Germany rejected Mainz’s appeal, and the decision was final and Mainz was not allowed to file any further appeals.
El Ghazi is of Moroccan descent. After leaving Mainz, he transferred to Qatar's Al Seiya Club in September 2024.
