The Board of Directors of Barcelona Football Club held a regular meeting today and released the annual financial report for the 2024-25 season. The

report shows that the club achieved positive conventional returns of 2 million euros in the season, achieving its main economic targets for the second consecutive season. After deducting unconventional items, the final result after tax was a loss of 17 million euros.

Nevertheless, these results mark a gradual recovery of the club's economic situation, especially given the revenue restrictions due to the renovation of the Camp Nou Stadium.

For the 2025-26 season, the board proposed a comprehensive budget profit target of €4 million after tax, aiming to maintain its positive conventional earnings for the third consecutive season. It is expected to set a new record in sponsorship and marketing revenue this season and gradually return to the Camp Nou Stadium.

In addition, according to Article 27 of the club's constitution, the board of directors has approved the convening of an online general meeting of members on October 19. The conference will be held in Auditori Conference Room 1899, and the specific agenda will be officially announced within the time specified in the constitution.

In the coming days, the club will provide all members with all information related to the conference, including financial data, and organize media meetings to explain these financial results in detail and the key achievements of the year.
