For us, this is a challenge, an inspiration, and should give us strength, especially when we recall the journey last year, which was not easy. - 2025 is a fantastic year for the club, but also for you personally. How did you reach this level of competition?

Achraf: "I think I have put in a lot of hard work outside of competition, especially on the court, where I have taken on more responsibilities. The relationship between me and my teammates and coaches makes me feel very comfortable, which ultimately reflects in my performance on the court. My teammates help me a lot. When everyone understands each other, everything It's going to be much smoother. I'm also trying to take care of myself so that I can play every game. That's important because I like to show the type of player I am and I hope to continue to improve and grow - not just as a player but as a person."

- This outstanding season has also put you in the top ten candidates for the African Player of the Year award in 2025. Is this award a goal for you?

Ashraf: "I haven't always thought about it, but now that I have a chance to win it, it has become a dream! I have worked hard to win collective and individual honors, and now I can be on the shortlist for this award... I think with my performance this season, I am worthy of competing for this award, and I am very happy to be regarded as one of the favorites. This also further motivates me to continue working hard, and hope to be on the shortlist again next year!"
