Inter Milan executives: Owning a new stadium will start a new cycle and take an important step in development

Inter Milan's chief revenue officer George Ricci said on Thursday that the club's sustainable development goal is no longer "having the largest stadium" but "having the best stadium" that can provide more diversified services.
Rich participated in an event with the theme of "Investing in the Future of Football" at the Web Summit technology exhibition in Lisbon and made relevant remarks. When asked about the recent purchase of San Siro, he made it clear that the aim was to transform it into "one of the most important elite stadiums in Europe". Even though its capacity may be lower than it currently is, Ritchie remains confident in that goal.
Rich also pointed out that it must be admitted that fans' attention is increasingly concentrated on a few teams, which is also reflected at the economic level. Therefore, Inter's goal is to be a part of it and to try to stay there, relying not only on sporting results but also on commercial results and exposure.
Ritchie added: "Having a stadium that can offer more, not just for leisure activities but also for businesses, professionals and more, will be key to achieving this growth. We are very convinced that for a club like ours, the stadium will be an important driving force in starting a new and wonderful cycle and will help the club take an important step in its development."
